Cyber Target Developer at Streamline Defense in Tampa, FL

Streamline Defense is seeking an exceptional candidate with recent experience supporting Joint Targeting  experience to provide a broad range of cyber and NetOps targeting analysis for USCENTCOM; Create cyber-intelligence products, recommend actions to affect the security of the networks, provide intelligence for Course-of-Action development for offensive operations and perform Cyber analysis necessary to increase informational understanding of nation states, criminal elements, and terrorist entities’ computer network operations programs and capabilities.  

Selected candidates will support efforts to: Utilize all-source intelligence to develop Target System Analysis (TSA), target materials, and compile and maintain target lists; Assist with long range planning and coordinate intelligence and targeting efforts within USCENTCOM Headquarters and with other Components and with the Intelligence Community; Assist in the development, vetting and validation of target materials, and with the management of target lists; Assist with drafting requests for information and assist with modeling to predict effects of computer network operations (CNO);  Produce required target materials that include, but are not limited to, Electronic Target Folders (ETFs), Target System Analysis (TSA), Battle Damage Assessments (BDA), and technical analysis reports; Utilize intelligence tools, including MIDB and interfaces such as Morpheus, Gemini, and the Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT); Utilize a wide-range of research and analytic tools and techniques in order to conduct target intelligence, operational research and analysis and to provide recommendations to the J2, J3 and J5 for conducting CNO; and Provide oral and written updates to J2 Leadership.
 

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years experience supporting targeting at service or Joint Command
• Knowledge of the Joint targeting cycle
• Current TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Desirable candidates must be able to indentify significant trends within Cyber Network Operations and propose new or revised projects to alert decision makers to new developments as well as meet customer requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to research, review, edit, plan, prepare, integrate and publish extremely complex all-source computer network operations and national military intelligence studies, plans and/or products 

• Experience utilizing targeting tools such as modernized integrated data base (MIDB) and it’s interfaces Gemini, Morpheus and the Joint Targeting Toolbox (JIT). Experience utilizing search vehicles to include intelink, M3, TAC, Anchory, WISE, CTKB and CT-AVRS. Ability to manage and coordinate responses to staff packages.

Strong experience in the cyber domain and defense of the Global Information Grid More specifically: Network topologies such as WANs, LANs, and CANs—and the Internet (must understand these networks, what they consist of, and how they operate); Must understand critical Infrastructures such as electrical power grids, telecommunications networks, POL, Lines of Communication (road, rail, etc), and the control systems (e.g., SCADA) that keep these infrastructures operating; and Experience working in military-related C4I such as Integrated Air Defense Systems (IADS).

• Knowledge of Joint military operations, tactics,doctrine and all-source intelligence analysis
• Masters degree in a related operational intelligence field preferred
• Combat Targeting Course or Joint Targeting School Course graduate
